Selon le pays, elle peut \u00eatre d\u00e9livr\u00e9e sous la forme d'un document unique ou d'une carte.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Parties 1 et 2<\/h2>\n<p>Dans certains pays, il se pr\u00e9sente en deux parties.
