The form includes personal information about the car owner and technical details of the car. For older cars and those from outside the EU, the form must be signed by an official brand representative, usually someone at the national office of the brand (like Volkswagen).
When you work with us, we’ll pre-fill the form for you. All you need to do is double-check your personal information, sign the document, and send it off with the other required documents. If needed, we can also arrange for the brand representative’s signature.
